Only the intervention of Rambo, the two-headed vibrating dildo, prevents disaster, and in the end, all four characters learn the hard way that the truth shall set you free--but sometimes it bitch slaps you first.

Reluctantly, Paula finds herself drawn into a battle for her sister's survival, fighting not only Cassandra's madness, but also the doctor and her own parents. After all, insanity is relative.
