The Editing Department consisted of two senior editors, three editors, one editorial specialist, and a variable number of contractors. The Document Design Department consisted of four document designers, two graphic designers, and one database specialist. The departments worked together to edit course manuals and visuals, storyboards for online courses, text books, CD-ROMs, and presentations and to prepare them for production.
· Lead a cross-functional team to redesign ESI course materials.
· Managed daily operations, workload, special projects, and customer relations.
